Why GPS not working?
HTTPS is required. On iPhone Safari, allow Location permission.
Why photos not sent automatically?
WhatsApp link cannot attach files automatically. Attach manually in chat.
Safari private mode issues?
Some permissions/features may be restricted. Use normal mode.
Cancellation fee?
Usually free before technician arrives. If cancelled after arrival, an arrival fee from HK$200 may apply (case-by-case).
